Dave Wyatt moved all in from the hijack for 86,500 and the player in the cutoff thought for a couple minutes before another player at the table called the clock on him.

A supervisor came over and started his 30-second clock. About 10 seconds in, the cutoff called and everybody else folded.

Registration closed on the last multi-day event of the series and the small buy-in tournament attracted a lot of players. Event 18 had a $150 buy-in with a $50,000 guaranteed prize pool that was quickly sured.

The second and final starting flight in Event 18 ($150 No Limit Hold’em Re-Entry) of the Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown begins at 5pm. Yesterday’s opener drew 256 entries and played down to only 25 remaining. Just a pair of players racked up huge stacks as Claudio Pedrabuena and Joaquin Sosa bagged 261,500 and 232,500 to sit one-two in the counts.

Tonight’s play matches yesterday’s with entrants taking their seats to 10,000 chips and 30-minute levels. Registration and re-entry are available until about 9:30pm and the prize pool and payouts will be finalized shortly thereafter. With yesterday’s strong start, only 161 are needed this evening to best the event’s $50,000 guarantee.
