The sixth and final starting flight in Event 8, a $150 no limit hold’em re-entry tournament with a $100,000 guarantee, is underway. The final flight will push the field past 1,000 entries and add even more to the prize pool which currently sits at around $120,000.

Players start with 10,000 in tournament chips and will log 14, 30-minute levels on Day 1 with late registration/re-entry available until the start of Level 9. Those fortunate enough to bag return for Day 2 Wednesday at 2 p.m.

Miami lawyer Kevin Love recorded his first tournament victory last night in Event 10, a $250 limit Omaha 8 or better tournament. Love outlasted a field of 99 players before taking the event’s top spot following a five-way ICM chop. With that performance behind him, he’s back at it less than 24 hours later here in Event 13 and hopes for a similar result.

One of the other notable faces in the tournament is that of Jonathan Duhamel. Duhamel is best known for his victory in the 2010 World Series of Poker Main Event.
