Event 20: Slow Your Roll 61v5m

$300 Deep Stack Black Chip Bounty No Limit Holdem (Re-Entry)Level 26: Blinds 20,000/40,000/5,000 ante 5w396

The final table was bound to slow down at some point with the stacks growing faster than the blinds. It was a kind level and a half for Tyler Thren as he’s gone from chip leader to average stack after doubling up both Scott Hart and Jeffrey Postal.

They still have plenty of room to move so this could grind for a while.

Event 18: Heads Up And Headed To A Break 2x3744

$1,650 Purple Chip Bounty No Limit Hold’em (Re-Entry)
Level 18:  Blinds 2,500/5,000/500 ante

Level 18 is complete and only Patrick Peduto and Aditya Prasetyo remaining standing.  And, boy do they ever.

Peduto does have a very large lead right now but the players are averaging 109 big blinds left heading into Level 19.  Peduto and Prasetyo could end up being at this for a long time as we get ready to raise it up.

Event 18: James Calderaro Eliminated In 3rd Place ($12,908) 6o6y40

$1,650 Purple Chip Bounty No Limit Hold’em (Re-Entry)
Level 18:  Blinds 2,500/5,000/500 ante

James Calderaro fought on for as long as he could but after losing almost all of his stack a few hands ago, his fate was finally sealed.

Calderaro found himself ahead against Patrick Peduto holding Tc6c vs 9h6h but the 9s hit on the flop and Calderaro could not catch up.

After a terrific run in this event, Calderaro sees his night come to a close in 3rd place winning $12,908.

James Calderaro – 3rd Place ($12,908)

Event 18: Bradley Young Eliminated In 4th Place ($9,264) 1x1v

$1,650 Purple Chip Bounty No Limit Hold’em (Re-Entry)
Level 18:  Blinds 2,500/5,000/500 ante

After the two crippling hands, Bradley Young was the first of the two super-short stacks to say goodbye.

Young pushed his meager stack in against Prasetyo and Peduto and awaited his fate.

After a Jd4cTsTc8h board ran out, Peduto turned over Ad9s and with Young holding Qc6h and Prasetyo mucking, Young’s night was over in 4th place.  Young hits his third final table of the series and leaves with $9,264 plus bounties.

Bradley Young – 4th Place ($9,264)

Event 18: Peduto Loves The Ladies, Prasetyo Hits Aces i15

$1,650 Purple Chip Bounty No Limit Hold’em (Re-Entry)
Level 18:  Blinds 2,500/5,000/500 ante

Last night, Patrick Peduto hit a queen on the river to stay alive.  Lady Luck came back again against James Caleraro.  Both players chips ended up in the middle pre-flop and Peduto was behind.

Caleraro: AdAs
Peduto: QhQd

Peduto didn’t like what he saw when the cards were turned over but he did like the Qs7c4c flop. Caleraro got no help and shipped 363,500 chips to Peduto.

Just two hands later, Bradley Young’s fortunes also turned on a dime. Young’s chips ended up in the middle when a king hit the flop. Prasetyo turned over aces and Young’s K-Q was not good enough leaving him crippled as well.

So in a matter of a few hands, the leaders were down to next to nothing and this tournament has flipped upside-down in a hurry.

Event 20: Updated Counts 424027

Level 25: Blinds 15,000/30,000/5,000 ante

Players are back in action after a short 10-minute color up break to get the 1k chips off the table.

Seat 2: Jeffrey Postal – 410,000
Seat 3: Nick Pupillo – 1,350,000
Seat 5: Tyler Thren – 1,400,000
Seat 7: Scott Hart – 300,000

Event 20: Mike Dinardo – 5th Place ($1,495) 585m4s

$300 Deep Stack Black Chip Bounty No Limit Holdem (Re-Entry)
Level 24: Blinds 12,000/24,000/4,000 ante

Before anyone could blink, Thren kept up the action with the cards to go along. Mike Dinardo moved all-in preflop and Thren quickly called.

Another race with Thren’s AsKh against 7s7c and everything looked good down to the turn with the board reading 5h4d3d9c. It was the fatal Kd on the river which sent Dinardo out on the heels of Ocampo.

Event 20: Anthony Ocampo – 6th Place ($1,269) 471x6n

$300 Deep Stack Black Chip Bounty No Limit Holdem (Re-Entry)
Level 24: Blinds 12,000/24,000/4,000 ante

Just two hands after Rahim’s exit, Tyler Thren was back in action. This time he was all-in against Anthony Ocampo with a nice flip holding JdJh against Ocampo’s AxKx.

The board out all low cards 9c7d2s4s until Thren hit the overkill Jc on he river to send Ocampo out in 6th place for $1,269.

Event 18: Going Nowhere 1y2j2e

$1,650 Purple Chip Bounty No Limit Hold’em (Re-Entry)
Level 18:  Blinds 2,500/5,000/500 ante

The remaining four players are pretty much holding position at this point.  Patrick Peduto has managed to pull in an extra stack of the 5k chips as he and Aditya Prasetyo continue to keep scrapping.

The players now move to Level 18 with the average chip stack at 327,000.

Event 20: Muhammad Rahim – 7th Place ($931) 461d1v

$300 Deep Stack Black Chip Bounty No Limit Holdem (Re-Entry)
Level 24: Blinds 12,000/24,000/4,000 ante

It seemed like a harmless hand at the start. Five of the seven remaining players were in a limped pot to the 7s6h3c flop and Scott Hart checked first to act.

Muhammad Rahim shipped in from his former big blind spot for 217,000 and Jeffrey Postal let his hand go. Nick Pupillo decided he would stick around and called the bet.

Not to be left out of the fun, Tyler Thren moved all-in over the top and Hart ran away. Pupillo was covered by Thren and he called the second shove but at risk this time.

Rahim was the shortest and in trouble with Jh4d against Thren’s top-top Ad7c but even worse against Pupillo’s flopped straight 5c4c. Rahim was drawing dead and Thren was also after the 8c turn.

Pupillo moved into the chip lead, Thren dropped down with the average folk, and Rahim was sent out in 7th place for $931.
