In the very next hand after Noah Schwartz hit the rail, Mike Simkins  followed him out the door.

It happened when Kenney raised to 18,000 under the gun and Simkins moved all in for 113,000 from the button. After the blinds both folded, Simkins motioned as if he was folding his cards.

Kenney speculated that his opponent hadn’t seen the initial raise, and indeed that appeared to be the case after Kenney called.
