Not only does Eric Afriat have his name on the WPT Champions Cup, but he put it there for the first time with a win in this event in 2014. He followed that up with a second WPT win at the Borgata last January.

Tyler Patterson flew from the other side of the country for a chance at his second. He won the WPT Jacksonville event in 2015 to go along with his WSOP bracelet win from 2014.
